If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the order or you may return your order for a refund - no questions asked. How's that for simplicity!

Delivery Promise

We offer the fastest service the ID tag industry has to offer. All orders are fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours of receipt depending upon what time of day the order was submitted. We download our orders at least once per day. All orders are shipped first class mail, which can add up to 5 days to your delivery date.

Call us toll-free at 800-659-0911 and place your order by phone requesting Next-Truck Service ($5 surcharge) before 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday. This should not be confused with next day service! That's extra.

Unlike every other pet ID manufacturer in the country, we stamp our metal tags and paint fill the letters for easy reading. You will never have to replace our tag unless you move or lose it. Our competition cannot say the same.

Engraved metal tags simply will not last more than a few months on your pet. If you've purchased a tag from one of those vending machines at Wal-Mart then you know already! Before you buy - ask if the tag is engraved. Engraving metal is great for jewelry, but merely scratching the metal surface is not deep enough to keep a pet ID tag legible for more than a few months.

But plastic tags are cuter and quieter! Our plastic tags are deeply engraved and will last a lifetime as long as they don't break or are chewed to pieces. Want one anyway? Don't worry, we've got you covered in either event. Just let us know and we'll replace the tag free of charge in steel which can't break or be chewed to pieces!!

Privacy Statement

ePetTags.com and the ID Store have never and will never sell the personal information you provide during the ordering process. We have been approached many times to sell our substantial lists and we just won't do it.

The ID Store's national dealer network promises their customers every day that we will not disclose this information and we keep our promise.

ePetTags.com hereby makes that same promise directly to you. We feel if you're responsible enough to protect your pet, you certainly deserve to be protected yourself.
